The nature of this page[edit]

@Lydia_Pintscher_(WMDE): as discussed, I've developed a list of open tasks, suggestions, and possible pathways for contributors. This also will double as my personal work list :) I'm wondering if you I should just maintain the list locally as a sub-page of my user page or if I should share it more widely, possibly as a sub-page of or linked from Wikidata:Contribute? While the list specifically provides tasks for contributors interested in helping with documentation and maintenance activities, it also includes some tasks for data editors, as well as ideas for new processes, WikiProjects, and features that may be of interest to developers and the wider community.

@Bene*: hi! Similar to what I've asked of Lydia above, I'm wondering if you can have a list at the tours content and let me know your thoughts on whether it should be moved to a sub-page of Wikidata:Tours? Also, are you ok with all the suggestions I've added for others to get involved? Are the other tours tasks you can think of?

Thank you both! -Thepwnco (talk) 23:22, 22 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I would share it more widely :) --Lydia Pintscher (WMDE) (talk) 05:13, 23 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Shuffle section order[edit]

I've shuffled the ordering of the contents, so that the smaller or more newcomer-oriented tasks are at the top. Partially because Wikidata:Contribute links here as the first big link, and partially because it makes the ToC easier to read! Feel free to revert though, if I've misunderstood.
