Motivation

Svenska Akademiens Ordbok (Q1935308) is the authority on the history and etymology of the modern Swedish language, compiled by Swedish Academy (Q207360) and comparable to Deutsches Wörterbuch (Q96321) or Woordenboek der Nederlandsche Taal (Q2006281). IDs are based on the physical structure of the original volumes (letter and column number) so likely to be persistent.

Similar external identifiers are also possible to create for the Swedish Acedemy's two other publications: Svensk ordbok (Q10684887) and Svenska Akademiens ordlista (Q3279511). Especially the latter is interesting as the norm for Swedish spelling.
