Motivation[edit]

To enhance representation of Indigenous languages in Wikidata with corresponding links to Native-Land.ca language pages, part of a project that "strive[s] to map Indigenous territories, treaties, and languages across the world in a way that goes beyond colonial ways of thinking in order to better represent how Indigenous people want to see themselves." --Infopetal (talk) 18:01, 25 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
